RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) if they meet the criteria below by reaching out to us within 30 days of when your order was received. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding. To do this, fill out this form. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 14 days and return tracking emailed to our customer service for visibility.

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed. 

  • All returns are subject to a $6 restocking fee. 

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.

  • For hygienic reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for exchanges. 

  • Sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges are allowed.

  • If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 4 days of delivery by reaching out to customerservice@danielleguiziony.com

  • DG x Reebok Club C are eligible for exchange only

  • If you wish to exchange your order within the US and meet the guidelines listed, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you and waive the restocking fee.

  • International exchanges are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed. 

  • For hygienic reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

First time order discount codes are eligible for exchanges, no refunds.

Discount codes can not be applied after the customer has checked out.

Discounts can not be applied to past or previous orders.

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide through DHL Express and domestically within the US with USPS.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?

All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will ship within 2-4 business days of the date of purchase or 2-4 weeks if item is on pre-order or personalized/customized. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. We are closed on weekends.

(Note: These guidelines do not permit to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Sale seasons)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? (USA)

You will receive your order 2-6 business days from the date that it is shipped out—not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order.

I ORDERED INTERNATIONALLY. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our estimated arrival time for international delivery is approximately 3-5 business days for DHL Express and 10-18 business days for USPS international, but this may vary depending on customs policies for your country.

ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY, HOLDING TIMES OR INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED. ALLOW 48 HOURS OF PROCESSING YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND/OR CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT.

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?

DANIELLEGUIZIONY.COM is not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact customer service and we will try our best to assist you with this matter. 

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.

Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.

Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds

Please note that if you purchase a pre-order item with an in-stock item, it will ship when all pieces are available.


E-GIFT CARDS

E-gift cards are not physical cards, they are sent digitally via email with a unique code that is redeemable at checkout.

E-gift cards do not expire.

E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Discount codes cannot be applied to purchasing an e-gift card.

When using an e-gift card, the full value is applied.

If your order total exceeds the value remaining on your e-gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.

If your order total is below the value of your e-gift card, the remaining balance may be used on a future order, using the same code.


CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All customized/initialed/personalized items are non-refundable / non-returnable (personalized items can take up to 1-3 weeks to be shipped)

Please note that if your order also contains an in-stock item, it will ship with your customized item once it is completed.

SWIMWEAR

Due to hygienic reasons, all swimwear is final sale - no returns or exchanges. 

Please refer to our size chart linked here or reach out to customerservice@danielleguiziony.com for sizing questions.

Please follow care instructions on the care label to keep your swimwear in the best condition. Lotion, sunscreen, oil, and chlorine can cause discoloration of the item; as this is a natural occurrence of the fabric. Ensure to rinse it in cold water immediately after swimming in chlorinated or salt water.
