Orders

Orders are processed on Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekdays after 1pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed Monday - Friday before 1 pm EST will begin processing the same business day and will ship within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with tracking information.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill it as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been processed. Please email us as quickly as possible at customerservice@danielleguiziony.com with your order number and we will do our best to make it happen.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S. We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

  • Standard - Delivery in 3 to 6 Business Days via USPS
  • Priority - Order by 1 ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via USPS
  • Express - Order by 1 ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 to 3 Business Days via USPS
  • International - Order by 1 ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 3 to 8 Business Days via DHL

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

If you have added Shipping Package Protection, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Purchased Shipping Package Protection and need to file a shipping issue? Find the claim link in our footer menu under "Claim Portal".

Shipping Claims must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages unless Shipping Package Protection was purchased at checkout.

International customers can shop our website in your local currency by selecting the country from the dropdown menu in the main navigation. We offer Express (via DHL) shipping options depending on the destination country.

For orders shipping to the United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, and New Zealand, all prices are inclusive of import duties & taxes.

For all other Countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the Country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

Returns

  • You can make a return on full priced merchandise within 10 days of placing your order for a refund or store credit. Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
  • All sale items (including flash sale items), intimates, swimwear, hair accessories, socks, bodysuits, and GUIZIO camcorders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for store credit.
  • Orders made during holiday promotional periods using discount codes are final sale.
  • Please note that all eligible returns must be new, unused, and with the original tags still attached.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards) or for store credit at your discretion; store credit will be issued in the case of gift returns.
  • Online orders may be refunded by mail or in person at our flagship location. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Items purchased in-store can be returned online or in store.
  • Please note a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for mailed returns. If you prefer to exchange your order or return your order at our flagship location, the restocking fee will be waived.
  • Restocking fee does not apply to returns made for store credit.
  • Returns by mail are subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Please include your order number and your request to return or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Product & Stock

You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page or sign up for our mailing list to be notified when an item is restocked. We also announce restock dates via social media. :)

E-Gift Cards

E-gift cards are not physical cards, they are sent digitally via email with a unique code that is redeemable at checkout.
E-gift cards do not expire.
E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Discount codes cannot be applied to purchasing an e-gift card.
When using an e-gift card, the full value is applied.
If your order total exceeds the value remaining on your e-gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.
If your order total is below the value of your e-gift card, the remaining balance may be used on a future order, using the same code.

Swimwear

Due to hygienic reasons, all swimwear is final sale - no returns or exchanges.

Please refer to our size chart on the product page or reach out to customerservice@danielleguiziony.com for sizing questions.

Please follow care instructions on the care label to keep your swimwear in the best condition. Lotion, sunscreen, oil, and chlorine can cause discoloration of the item; as this is a natural occurrence of the fabric. Ensure to rinse it in cold water immediately after swimming in chlorinated or salt water.
