Returns & Store Credit
START A RETURN
You can return your item(s) by reaching out to us within 30 days of when your order was received. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding. To do this, fill out this form. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 7 days.
- • Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.
- • Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for store credit.
- • Restocking fee of 15% is subject to apply for returns made back to the original payment. Restocking fee does not apply to returns made for store credit.
- • Original shipping charges and Route Package Protection are non-refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.
- • All sale items, GUIZIO Camcorders, swimwear, hair accessories, socks, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- • Levi's® x GUIZIO is final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- • DG x Toral Collection is eligible for store credit only.
- • If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.

START AN EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT

All orders with a discount code used at checkout are eligible for store credit only.
Discount codes can not be applied after the customer has checked out and cannot be applied to past or previous orders.

Shipping
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship worldwide using DHL Express and domestically within the US using USPS.
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package
We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, or delays and fees due to incorrect shipping information provided.

All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will ship within 4-6 business days of the date of purchase or 1-3 weeks if item is on pre-order or personalized. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with tracking information.
(Note: These timelines do not apply to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Sale seasons).
MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?
When you add Shipping Package Protection—a package protection and tracking solution at checkout, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Purchased Shipping Package Protection and need to file a shipping issue? Find the claim link in our footer menu under "Claim Portal".
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
How do I cancel an order?
Please email us at customerservice@danielleguiziony.com with your order number to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing your order, or if your order has already shipped.
SWIMWEAR
Can I return swimwear?
Due to hygienic reasons, all swimwear is final sale - no returns or exchanges.
Please refer to our size chart on the product page or reach out to customerservice@danielleguiziony.com for sizing questions.
Please follow care instructions on the care label to keep your swimwear in the best condition. Lotion, sunscreen, oil, and chlorine can cause discoloration of the item; as this is a natural occurrence of the fabric. Ensure to rinse it in cold water immediately after swimming in chlorinated or salt water.

We’ve partnered with Shipping Package Protection—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience.

What are Shipping Protection Policies?
Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the criteria.
e-gift cards
How do I purchase an e-Gift card?
E-gift cards are not physical cards, they are sent digitally via email with a unique code that is redeemable at checkout.
E-gift cards do not expire.
E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Discount codes cannot be applied to purchasing an e-gift card.
When using an e-gift card, the full value is applied.
If your order total exceeds the value remaining on your e-gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.
If your order total is below the value of your e-gift card, the remaining balance may be used on a future order, using the same code.
pre-order
When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.
Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds
Please note that if you purchase a pre-order item with an in-stock item, it will ship when all pieces are available.
CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
How long will my personalized item take to ship?
All customized/initialed/personalized items are non-refundable / non-returnable (personalized items can take up to 1-3 weeks to be shipped)
Please note that if your order also contains an in-stock item, it will ship with your customized item once it is completed.
