We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 in the U.S. We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.
- Standard - Delivery in 3 to 6 Business Days via USPS
- Priority - Order by 1 ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via USPS
- Express - Order by 1 ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 to 3 Business Days via USPS
- International - Order by 1 ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 3 to 8 Business Days via DHL
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
We’ve partnered with Shipping Package Protection - a package protection and tracking solution - to give our customers the best possible delivery experience.
Shipping Package Protection is automatically added to your cart when you are shopping with us, you can remove it in case you do not wish to be covered. This service protects you against stolen, lost or damaged parcels. We highly recommend adding to your order to avoid any inconveniences. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.
When you add Shipping Package Protection—a package protection and tracking solution at checkout, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Purchased Shipping Package Protection and need to file a shipping issue? Find the claim link in our footer menu under "Claim Portal".
Shipping Claims must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.
For orders shipping to the United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, and New Zealand, all prices are inclusive of import duties & taxes.
For all other Countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the Country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for refund or store credit. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding.
Our Customer Service team will contact you within 48 hours of your request. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 7 days.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed. Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for store credit.
- Restocking fee of 15% is subject to apply for returns made back to the original payment.
- Restocking fee does not apply to returns made for store credit.
- Original shipping charges and Shipping Package Protection are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method.
- All sale items, GUIZIO Camcorders, swimwear, hair accessories, socks, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Levi's® x GUIZIO is final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.
- If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 4 days of delivery including your order number and a picture of the damaged item.
International returns are accepted. Return Shipping and reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Product & Stock
Swimwear
Due to hygienic reasons, all swimwear is final sale - no returns or exchanges.
Please refer to our size chart on the product page or reach out to customerservice@danielleguiziony.com for sizing questions.
Please follow care instructions on the care label to keep your swimwear in the best condition. Lotion, sunscreen, oil, and chlorine can cause discoloration of the item; as this is a natural occurrence of the fabric. Ensure to rinse it in cold water immediately after swimming in chlorinated or salt water.
