Customer Service Manager (New York based):

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and driving customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Resolve all customer service issues
Address e-mail inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Assist in processing fraud verification for online orders
Assist in processing and packing orders, returns, and exchanges
Identify opportunities to maximize sales and decrease returns
Maintain customer satisfaction in order to build loyalty

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service required
Must have experience and be knowledgeable with CS platforms such as Gorgias
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty
Must be highly organized and have attention to detail
Must be a problem solver
Must have flexibility in hours - evenings and holidays

RTW Womenswear Design Internship (New York based):

As a Design Intern at DANIELLE GUIZIO, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Designer. Our Design Interns gain invaluable hands-on experience in design, product development, branding, fabric/trim sourcing and more.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting designer in fittings
Assisting in prepping tech packs
Editing illustrations / flats
Sourcing fabrics in the Garment District
Coordinating sample delivery and returns
Assisting with trend research
Organizing inspiration and research on design boards

Requirements:

Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign
Familiarity / knowledge of different textiles
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of brand aesthetic and market
Ability to perform tasks in a quick and timely manner
Garment construction knowledge is a plus
Minimum availability of 3 days per week
Must be able to receive college credit

PR & Marketing Internship (New York based):

As a PR & Marketing Intern at DANIELLE GUIZIO, you will have the opportunity to work closely and hands-on with the PR & Marketing Director. This is a great opportunity to work alongside and learn from industry professionals and to gain hands-on experience in fashion PR, social media and marketing.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting in conceptualizing and executing content ideas for social media, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram
Supporting VIP styling requests & identifying new collaborators to work with
Building & updating media lists & developing stories for PR outreach
Managing & organizing samples in showroom
Assisting in prep for Fashion Week event
Assisting on photoshoots, working closely with the designer and stylist

Requirements:

Strong social media literacy
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of Photoshop
Must be organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter
Understanding of brand aesthetic and market

RTW Womenswear Technical Design Internship (New York based):

As a Womenswear Technical Design Intern at DANIELLE GUIZIO, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our design team and gain invaluable hands-on experience in all aspects of the technical design process.

Responsibilities include:

Measuring Garments
Maintaining samples and sample racks
Attending and taking notes/photos in fit sessions
Translating fit session notes and fit corrections into comments for global vendors to understand
Communicating to global factories to communicate information about style fit and construction
Creating detailed technical flat sketches and construction callouts in Illustrator
Work closely with design and production team
Report to the Head of Technical Design

Requirements:

Pursuing degree in Fashion Design, a focus in Technical Design is preferred but not required
Understanding of basic fit issues and corrections and interest in Technical Design
Familiarity and knowledge of MS Excel & Adobe Programs
Minimum availability of 3 days per week
Must be able to receive college credit

Fashion Production Internship (New York based):

As a Production Intern at DANIELLE GUIZIO, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Production Manager. Our Production Interns gain invaluable hands-on experience in product development, sampling, timeline management, and communication with vendors.

Responsibilities include:

Create and manage WIP reports
Sample management, tracking and coordinating shipments with factories for bulk delivery
Create seasonal factory development charts
Generate Purchase Orders
Track shortages and overages
Update shipment arrivals and breakdowns
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Requirements:

Proficient in Excel
Excellent organizational and communication skills, great time management
Strong attention to detail, excellent memory
Self starter and able to work independently
Minimum availability of 3 days per week
Must be able to receive college credit
